Return Thomas Mead 1821
Sep.2009: I suspected he might have had a son William in Dec 1872, and that this William married Elizabeth Sarah? ~1894 and had 8 children 1894-1910, including a Joseph Dec 1902, who in turn married Mary G Staines in 1925 and had 6 children, the youngest being Terence 1940 & was one of his 4 brothers known as Ivor?. But the only suitable 'Willie', aged 7, b. G.D. in 1881C has a mother Sophia, who married widower William Sweeting in 1875, having prev.been Sophia Mead!!! This is rubbish now I have found his 1879 marriage, but might be relevant for another Mead!!
