1883 home of Timothy & Elizabeth [nee Tobin] Lyons . It is here that 2 of their children died on consecutive days, 25 & 26/10/1883 of Scarlet fever. Only a Pepler Mews seems to exist today, this being off Cobourg Street. Would need to search in Camberwell History Archives as to whether Pepler Road was renamed.
Pepler Road was parallel to Cobourg Road, east of it, almost a continuation of Oakley Place, meeting Waite Street at right angles.Shown on Stanfords Map of Central London 1897
