I reckon this could be THE Crawleydown House found on Google [ well to the east of Worth - have followed the enumerator's 1861 District 1c route and this makes sense] , occupied by Newcomen in 1871C, but rebuilt completely 1861-1871!.

Children of Elizabeth Brinkhurst, nee Andrews
http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/b/r/i/Kenneth-Newman-Brinkhurst/GENE1-0007.html#CHILD20 gives far more details about many of them. This site seemingly last updated 2000.
Florence Brinkhurst, 1875-1968, marries Frederick Stremes in 1897, living at 36 Coopers Road SE1. Florence Stremes 32 sailed to Quebec from Liverpool on the Dominion with 2 children, Frederick 8 & Winifred 5 on 4/7/1907. Cannot find a travel record for her husband Frederick Stremes, 1866-1928. They had 4 children, 2 dying in infancy, just one being a boy, Frederick William Stremes 1898-c1960 . His descendant is Graham Montague Stremes, born 1921, of 502 Bevan Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1Z 5S7
Stanley Brinkhurst, 1884, sailed, aged 40, last UK address Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, occupation farming, to Canada (Saint John NB) on 21/2/1924 from Liverpool on the Metagama. .
Sidney Brinkhurst 1889, aged 35, last UK address 14 Winchester Street, Borough , occupation farming, also sailed to Canada (Saint John NB) in March 1924 from Liverpool on the Montcalm
Anita is a descendant of Thomas 's brother Charles Brinkhurst and said their Father John was a wealthy man who owned 7 acres of land and was also the sub postmaster[ as shown in 1861C: postmaster & nurseryman]. Her grandmother was a Ruby Brinkhurst[ born Ruby Christable Brinkhurst in E.Grinstead in June 1894], daughter of said Charles: she was brought up in the Post Office at Crawley Down so that must have stayed in the family for some years. Ruby told her that the family owned apple orchards.
Have contacted Anita again to ask re 1865 marriage & Crawleydown House - 15/9/2010; answered and her tree only goes back to Ruby 1894. Nicola traces back to Charles 1851. Felicity does not have the m.c. details on her tree. So, have sent messages to Kenneth & Eric to see if they have the 1865 marriage: Eric does not. Maybe the 1865 marriage details of Thomas Brinkhurst to Elizabeth Andrews just came from a family bible or the parish records, and nobody has the full wedding cert. with details of the fathers, addresses and witnesses.
